I am writing you this letter somewhat late, but no less heartfelt.  I want to let you know how much I appreciated the service your sales person, John Sypniewski, provided to my parents, Betty and Maurice Wicklund, in their purchase of a new Town & Country van.  For the last 40 some years, my dad has purchased all his vehicles from a dealership in Cedar Falls, Iowa - where they lived up unitl two years ago.  They actually wanted to go back to Iowa to purchase a new van because they didn't feel they could feel they could find anyone here they could trust as well.  John changed their minds!  He took so much time finding a van that not only could they afford, but were as comfortable with as their old one.  And, he was always patient with my mom who questions just about everything.  His personal attention even in the delivery of the van to my elderly parents was noteworthy.

Your whole dealership has an at-home, friendly atmosphere, but you especially have a great representative in John.  Please thank him on behalf of my parents and myself.  You definitely have our business.

Being a former car saleswoman makes purchasing or leasing any vehicle more of a chore than it does a pleasure.  Some people might think that knowing the business would make it an easier process.  The truth is there isn't an easy way to spend time and money on anything.  Going from being the salesperson to the customer was a very interesting experience for me.  I am very critical when judging the process to purchase or lease a car and in the manner in which I am treated.  I want to know that the salesperson and managers I am dealing with know their product and understand the importance of my needs.  

I am unbelievably impressed every time I visit your dealership.  Your sales staff is friendly, energetic, and on their game as far as knowing how to do business in a professional and timely manner.  How refreshing it is to go from being the saleswoman to being the customer and know that when dealing with Pinckney Chrysler Jeep you can forget about the game playing and enjoy driving home in your new car!

We want to take a moment and thank you for the gracious way that you treated us when we were at your dealership with Dan and Michelle.  We've had our new Jeeps now for a month and once again really love them.  We are so appreciative of the great deal you gave us.  We were able to lower our payment which was extremely important at this phase in our lives.  We are also glad that we were able to purchase the 2007 Jeep so we don't have two leases due at one time.
